I have always been a huge fan of knitwear, I mean who isn't right? But the one thing I promised to myself this year is to buy less and focus on quality over quantity. It's so easy to get sucked into the beautiful designs at stores like Zara and H&M but most of the time they don't last longer than one season. About 2 years ago I was kindly sent a cardigan from Robi Agnes, a Lithuanian brand that I came to love in the past two years. It was the most beautiful thing ever and I would get questions all the time asking where it's from. To this day, it looks brand new and I know that this is a brand I will love for a long long time. This year they kindly sent me a few new sweaters and cardigans and I couldn't be more grateful. Since we shot so much content while in Copenhagen, I thought I'd share some of my favourite shots.
There are many beautiful brands that I really like in Lithuania but Robi Agnes has been a favourite of mine for their simple but stylish high quality pieces.

STAYING WARM THIS WINTER

I have always been a huge fan of knitwear, I mean who isn't right? But the one thing I promised to myself this year is to buy less and focus on quality over quantity. Our skin goes through so much in a day, sometimes we don't really think about it while we're living our fast paced lives. From sunshine to polluted commute, stress or a poor diet, our skin can look different everyday depending on just that. So it's super important to remember and give yourself and your well being a little bit of time each day. A healthy and radiant complexion is something that is very important to me so I am really excited to collaborate with Boots on their Dare to Bare Campaign  and share with you the products I use to maintain a healthy complexion as well as some of my top tips for a beautiful glow.

This post is in collaboration with Boots, but all opinions are my own.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN!

For the longest time I was the lazy girl who wouldn't really bother with taking my makeup off properly and I didn't even realise some people have a 5 step skin regime EVERY NIGHT! I am pretty lucky to have healthy and non problematic skin but to be honest I only started taking my skin seriously a couple of years ago. (Which is pretty late, I know!). I now also have a 4 step regime that I do most nights, but sometimes if I am feeling lazy I will just use a cleanser and slap on some cream. But that's the thing, please don't feel lazy when it comes to your skin, we are not getting any younger and the sooner you start taking care of your skin the better! Today I will be sharing with you my top products from Clinique, the best anti pollution skin care in my opinion. I am sure no introduction is needed. This brand is great for many reasons. One of which is that it's allergy tested. I had the worst allergic reaction to some new products I tried from another brand this week and that is so disappointing and annoying (and itchyyyyy). But, I know I can count on Clinique

MASKING

There are only a few types of masks I like. Sheet, Peel Off and masks that don't require me to sit there with a mask on, for half an hour. This is why the Clinique City Block Charcoal Mask and Scrub is perfect. You only need to keep it on for 5 minutes, it dries quickly and also acts as an exfoliator  scrubbing away those dead skin cells.

HYDRATE

I cannot stress enough how important water is. I literally have to force myself to drink enough water everyday. If I didn't, I would probably never drink it. I just hardly ever feel thirsty, so it's quite hard for me to remember to pick up that water bottle. I am so thankful that I discovered the Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly. It's not often that I am shocked after trying a new product. When I tried this, I was amazed. It literally just hydrates your skin. So much. It's a 24h hydrator with Clean Shield Technology that locks in the good and filters out the bad. It protects my skin from pollution so I actually use this one twice a day. The perfect Anti Pollution Skincare

I then go on to use my moisturiser. The Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion is so lightweight and absorbs into my skin so fast, that I forget sometimes if I put it on already 15 minutes later. A good moisturiser is definitely worth investing in, especially in the winter because the heating at home can make our skin super dry and dull. I would recommend to use this one together with the Hydrating Jelly for a better effect, but they work just as well used separately.

SPF IT UP!

You know, when it comes to SPF, I was always a little confused. When my doctor told me I have to use SPF everyday, even in the winter because the sun's harmful rays causes premature skin ageing, hyper pigmentation and age spots, I thought she's crazy. How was I going to wear that white sun cream on my face everyday?!! I realised later in life that SPF can come in many different forms. (I literally thought there is only sun creams, you know the white ones that smell funny and the sand sticks to it on the beach!). They now have great formulations that offer so much more than just protection against UVA and UVB rays. They work as great primers, add glow and enhance our makeup as well as our skin. I've been loving the Clinique City Block Sheer SPF25. I use it under my makeup, just like a primer but I am sure you can just use it on it's own when you're not going for a full face of makeup.
Ofcourse you have to understand, that great skin doesn't just happen overnight, doesn't matter what kind of products you use. It takes time and you have to have a good skin care regime to see the results. Don't be lazy and take care of your skin, especially now that the winter is coming.

I have now lived in London for more than half of my whole life, so I get to call it home, and when I go back to Lithuania, I don't call it home anymore. I haven't for a long time. One thing that comes with blogging, being on social media and living in London, is a hundred messages asking about the top places to visit in London every year. That's why I've decided it's finally time to sit down and do this blog post. I really hope this will be helpful to whoever stumbles across this blog post and you have an amazing time in London! p.s I will not talk about touristy spots like Big Ben, because we all know them and you can find those on Google.
DISCLAIMER: I know there are probably thousands of even more amazing places, but I obviously cannot visit all, and am only sharing what I personally like.

COOL PLACES TO EAT & DRINK

BALLIE BALLERSON - A bar which has 2 adult ball pits to jump in, while having drinks and pizzas with your friends. This is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something more fun than your traditional bar/pub. Book in advance.

SUSHI SAMBA/DUCK & WAFFLE - I put these into the same title because one is under the other. If I'm not mistaken Duck & Waffle is 40th floor and Sushi Samba is one below. Both amazing places. As you guessed one serves sushi and the other, duck and waffle. Or just waffles, or just duck. I love both of those but if I had to choose one it would be breakfast at Duck&Waffle. Make sure you book in advance. It's worth it, the view and the food is great.
LETO - One of the places to eat where you will never be disappointed. I've probably tried half of the menu by now, but it's truly delicious. Must have item is the iced coffee. Never seen anything like it before. The coffee is frozen into ice cubes and you pour sweet vanilla milk on top. You have to see for yourself. There are a few locations, my favourite is Knightsbridge and Soho.

SKETCH - I've only been to sketch twice, but it's definitely a place you will always remember, and it's super Instagramable. You actually kind of feel like you're on a set of The Grand Budapest Hotel. Make sure you book in advance, and of-course, it has to be the 'pink' room to feel the vibes I'm talking about.

AUBAINE SELFRIDGES - I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I love it for the decoration which is beautiful purple flowers hanging from the ceiling, but the menu is quite disappointing, especially because other Aubaine locations have way better menus. So you have to be the decision maker here, if you're looking for an Instagramable cafe, this is the one.

THE BREAKFAST CLUB - Probably the best pancakes in the world. Ok maybe in London. But if you're craving some fluffy delicious pancakes, or eggs even, you have to visit TBC. I would recommend coming as early as possible on a week day (queues get quite crazy in the Soho branch). On a weekend I would say go after 4pm (I know it's not breakfast anymore, but you won't be sorry).

ROOFTOPS

JOHN LEWIS ROOFTOP - This one is on the roof of John Lewis in Oxford street. They have quite chilled areas, and also a bar/food area so you can either order and take it to your chair or sit at the table and have some food. The vibe is pretty good but the only downside, there is no view and sometimes on a hot day there is a queue to get in.

RADIO ROOFTOP BAR - This one has pretty good views of London, is quite chilled and the times I've been doesn't really get too busy. This is probably one of my favourite rooftops.

MADISON - This is a nice one, the location is amazing because the bar is on the roof of a shopping centre right next to St Paul's, so the views you get are beautiful. If I remember right it's quite pricey, but if you're just going for a couple of drinks should be ok.

SHOPPING

I wasn't going to include this section, but I thought maybe you'd like to know where the best place to shop is, because they all depend on the time of the day and the actual day you go.

OXFORD STREET / REGENT STREET -  Many people are confused about these two streets, but they actually are right next to each other. You turn to Regent street in the middle of Oxford street (Oxford street station). Oxford street is kind of more high street stores like Primark, Topshop, Urban Outfitters, River Island and so on. Regent street is luxury high street with stores like All Saints, Kate Spade, Micheal Kors, Karl Lagerfeld and so on. My biggest recommendation would be to go in the morning. Get there at 10am and do your shopping. Because if you go around 4pm, you will hate life. It gets crazy busy to the point where you feel tired of shopping in 10 minutes and want to go to a bar, get drunk and forget this stress. The only good thing is that you can find all the stores you will ever need here, and if you are after designer, go to Bond Street which is also very close!

WESTFIELD - This place is great if the weather's not too good and you want to be inside. If you prefer Stratford, go in the morning also, or after 7/8pm on a weekday. Westfield White City seemed to be empty most of the times I've been there, and they have a few designer stores like Gucci and Prada, Stratford does not.

BICESTER VILLAGE - If you have enough time I would really recommend to visit Bicester Village. It's about 50mins by train from London Marylebone station (book train tickets in advance). It's one of the best outlets that I love visiting and I actually did a post about it before, so I will link it right here.

FREE THINGS TO DO

SKYGARDEN - Beautiful views of London from above. It's like a jungle in the sky. Free entry, just make sure you book 2-3 weeks in advance because you cannot get in without the free ticket.

NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM - If you like museums, you are lucky in London. Most of them are free to everyone, so you can never run out of things to visit. The Natural History Museum is quite interesting with lots to see and explore. You could also visit the Science museum which is right next to the History one! This is the perfect place to go before Christmas, because what you will find right in front of  the Natural History Museum is a huge ice rink, with lights all around, hot chocolate and mulled wine being sold, you have to see it with your own eyes. You almost feel like you're in Home Alone.

V&A MUSEUM - This has to be my favourite. The two museums above and this one are all next to each other, so you can visit them all in one day. With free entry, why not right? This is my favourite because they actually have these rooms with huge statues everywhere and I don't know why but I find that so calming. I could sit there for hours admiring the statues. Also, you can take pictures which is pretty great because the place is super Instagramable with marble staircases and hallways.

SOMERSET HOUSE - I don't even know what to call this place, but they sometimes have great exhibitions which are usually free, so make sure you check out 'what's on' before visiting. Around Christmas time there is also a huge ice rink here, with a beautiful Christmas tree and bars around.

RICHOMD PARK - Get to Richmond for a beautiful stroll along side the river, visit the beautiful park and another huge park/forest area that has deers. Yes, actual deers running around. If you google the location you will be able to find it, we asked the Uber driver to just drive us there and so he did. Best day ever.

HAMPSTEAD - Every time I tell someone about this place, they always think it's really far. Yes, it's not Central London, but trust me, it's the most beautiful place that you will remember for sure. It feels like you're not even in London anymore but actually it's only 2 stops from Central. While you're there, also visit the Hampstead Pergola, you won't regret it. Check the opening times, sometimes it closes early in the Winter.

And I think that's it. I could add so much more, but I am sure you would get tired reading this and would hate to pick from 50 food places and 50 bars. I tried to list places that are a MUST. I also made a video 2 years ago on the best places to eat.

1. The gold medallion and cross necklaces and earrings
These have been on trend for a while now, and I am slowly growing my collection. I have tried not to buy cheap 'one time use' pieces so both of my necklaces are from Ania Haie in sterling silver, gold plated. I found the small earrings recently on Asos, from their Asos Design collection, which might I add is the best thing to ever happen to Asos, I am obsessed with their pieces. Earrings, yes, these are sterling silver too so will last me a bit longer. The pair with the crosses at the end, those are from New Look and they were dirt cheap but I had to have them. Gold pieces go with so many outfits in the summer and trust me you will not go wrong with a pair of earrings or a cute necklace.

2. Basket Bags
I am sure you have seen these all over Instagram. I personally fell in love with these baskets a bit later than the rest, but that's ok, I got there in the end. It's also ok not to like them, for me they look super cute with white clothes! I think I have three already but I am eyeing up a forth one which is insane I know, but let's not talk about that. If you like these, get them soon, because before you know it summer will be over and god knows what's on trend for next summer.

3. Wedges
*Castaner Wedges* to be precise. Ok, you can get any other wedges too but these are the most flattering and comfortable wedges I have ever owned. I liked them so much I got them in another colour but sadly had to return as I got the wrong size and mine wasn't available. Currently deciding on the colour I should order now! If you are after a pair of summer wedges, I promise these are the best you'll ever get. They go with dresses, shorts skirts and jeans!

4. Straw Hats
Something we all need, something that helps us out when it's super hot and something that looks stylish AF! I think I have four straw hats by now but weirdly I keep wearing the one I bought 'for a photoshoot' last year and was planning to return. It's also very cheap so definitely have a look if you're after something similar.

5. Slides
I'm not gonna lie, finding comfortable slides is a struggle. So many of them rub in the weirdest places on your foot and you end up having blisters faster than you can get to your destination. Every time I wear a pair of slides I have plasters in my bag just incase. But let's be honest, they look super chic and if you are lucky you will find the pair that is comfy. I am lusting over the Hermes Oran but I cannot justify spending half a thousand for a pair of slides I will only get to wear for 2-3 months a year. The black ones from my photos are from Zara, they're in the sale and they're a bit more comfy than you would expect.

Can you tell I love wearing denim on denim? I love denim in general, I think it's my favourite type of fabric that can be worn in a million different ways. I have recently discovered Primark jeans after Justine constantly telling me they're super comfortable and I didn't believe her until I got myself a pair. Now my wardrobe is full of Primark boyfriend, mom and straight jeans but the pair in these photos is actually from NAKD, I love the cut at the back. And don't even ask me how many denim jackets I own because I will lie to you to sound normal!

Recently many bloggers, youtubers and celebrities have been opening up about their mental health issues and it's literally the best thing ever. To know you're not alone. So many people take their lives each year because they just cannot cope anymore and that's why we should be talking about this. We should be asking for help when needed, we shouldn't feel 'ashamed' to be feeling down, depressed or just not being ok. I am one of those people that doesn't talk about their problems. I am super good at listening and even if I meet someone for the first time, they always tell me their life problems and I can be pretty good at advice, but when it comes to me, I find it so hard to open up. Well, I've been trying hard to be more open recently. I talk about how I feel, I tell my friends, I ask for advice, I listen and we discuss. I cannot tell you how much better you feel after talking to someone. Just hearing some words of wisdom from a friend can lift your mood so much. I wish I'd known that sooner.
I told someone close to me that I've been feeling very low and depressed for the past 6-7months and they said 'What? Noo, you were fine, you were smiling and laughing most days'. Can you see how important it is to open up? Your friends and family might not even detect any signs of depression if you don't tell them. I know how good we can be at hiding it.

It's so important to talk! Please remember this. If you do not have anyone to talk to there are helplines that you can call and I will leave some links and numbers down below. I know some of you probably noticed that I felt down, I said it a few times in my videos and I was just generally not with it.
I think social media plays a big part in all of this but it was also other factors like the cold weather  and grey days because it was winter, the flat I am living in etc. Actually the flat has been a big issue for me. I have really fallen out of love with it, to the point where I don't even want to tidy it, I don't care, I just don't want to be here. We have been waiting to move for a very long time but we decided to wait for my boyfriend to graduate, because we are moving pretty far from his university. Graduation is next month and we are finally talking about moving, still a few months to go because things just pop up and life happens but we will get there! But now let's talk about social media.

Now as some of you may know, I did a huge giveaway with other bloggers over a year ago and I gained A LOT of followers. I cannot remember the exact amount but it had to be around 20K. It seemed all very fun until the loop giveaways died down and people that followed us started unfollowing. I lost about 4K and that was fine, I thought I'm good. But actually they kept unfollowing  and it got the point about 6 or more months ago that any new followers that would come in would be cancelled out by the ones that leave. So that means my number has been the same for about a year. Let me say this now, I do not care about the number, it doesn't make me more beautiful, more smart or more cool. But it did make me feel like I am standing still, and it just got to me at one point. I thought I am trying so hard, doing so much, uploading beautiful content and nothing is changing. I know some bloggers reading this will relate because this happened to a few girls that I know. Some of them have come out of the 'deep black hole' and finally their accounts are back on track, glowing and growing and they deserve it so much and I am so happy for them! But sometimes seeing everyone do well around you while you are struggling is also something that can lead to depression. You start to question yourself, what's the point in trying, why am I doing this? Once you start doubting yourself and comparing yourself with others around you or on social media, that's where it truly goes down hill. That can be one of the worst things you can do to yourself. I wish I'd known how to stop, but I didn't and I kept putting myself down to the point where I didn't know what I want or who I am anymore and I felt so unhappy. I was becoming the person I would never want to be friends with. So moody, so negative just full of poison like a snake. Everything was adding up inside of me and I was not letting it out. Working from home from a place where I really dislike living was also very tough. When you feel down you want to go home, cuddle up in bed with a cup of tea and watch a nice show, but all I wanted to do was go somewhere which is not home. It was a struggle to be here.

It took me a long time to get out of it. And it only happened recently. I started opening up to my friends, talking about how I feel. Reading more books, watching documentaries. Now you see for other people, they go to work, they talk to colleagues, they don't think about social media like I do. They might spend 30mins on social media in total in one day.
For me, it's my full time job. I think about it all the time, so I had to find new things to think about to distract myself from my job that I do 24/7. If I'm not doing anything interesting, what else am I going to think about?
Other people think 'How can I be better at my job?' 'How can I get a promotion?' ' Why is my colleague getting a promotion and I'm not?' and us bloggers think 'How can I grow my following' 'How can I increase my engagement' 'Why is that blogger working with that brand and I am not?'.
It's our job, and we think about it just like you think about yours. I think that's absolutely normal until you obsess over it. When you start comparing yourself to someone online, just log off and go enjoy your life because comparison is the thief of joy.

So how did I heal myself? I booked a 9 day trip to Lithuania and it was so good that while I was there I extended my stay by 5 more days. Just being there with friends, eating delicious food that I miss, swimming in the lake, reading books and eating berries at grandmas and hardly every checking my phone really helped me wake up and realise how amazing my life is. Being surrounded by so much nature and best friends everyday was all that I needed. I came back feeling so refreshed and ready to get back on track. I decided I will take one more trip to Lithuania at the end of summer to charge my batteries again haha!
I won't lie, being away from my phone helped me a lot. I now try to spend more time reading books or taking long walks instead of scrolling on Instagram. I try to meet up with friends more often. I leave the house, sit in a cafe and do my work there. Fresh air, new faces, no distractions.
I really wanted to share this with you because I think it's very important that you know what happens in real life. Instagram shows the best moments of our lives but I want you to know that we are human too and sometimes we just shut down. It takes time and effort to build yourself up again but you have to take action sooner rather than later.
Feeling down? Call a friend, read a motivational book, watch a fun movie or the TV show 'This is Us'! You will feel so much better, I promise

When it comes to jewellery, I tend to wear rings the most. And when I mean most, I mean I live in them. Literally. Never take them off. Ok well I do on two occasions. When I am using strong cleaning products to clean my home and when I use fake tan. I shower, swim and do all my every day activities without taking these rings off, I even have tan lines where they sit. I don't know what it is, I have always loved rings and my hands feel empty without them.
To tell you the truth I have always struggled to find nice rings that would all match on my fingers and that wouldn't cost over a hundred pounds per ring. A Youtuber called Chanelette has been raving about Monica Vinader rings for a few years now and I have always wanted to invest in them, but on one of my birthdays I went to the store with my boyfriend and I just didn't like how they looked on me, yet on her they look like my dream rings!
One day I got asked if I would like a few rings from this brand Kirstin Ash and I obviously said yes. Now when it comes to free samples and gifts, I probably agree to less than 50% of offers sent to me because I simply don't believe in saying yes to something that is not YOU or you know you will never wear. But I had to say yes to these because they seemed really dainty and beautiful.
From the moment I unpacked them I knew they belong on my fingers. They've been here ever since. I know some people prefer necklaces or earrings but I thought I'd write this post just incase someone loves rings like me. As you can see one ring is silver. Now here is a little story that you might find completely unnecessary but hey, it's my blog and I'm gonna tell it anyway!
A few years ago my boyfriend gave me the cutest ring for Valentine's day. It was a silver ring with a little heart. On the day of moving to a new flat, I was cleaning the last bits of the old flat and took my ring off and left it on the dining table. When I clean, I use loaaaads of paper towels and I kept throwing them on the dining table. Now I think most of you know where this story is going, yes, I threw away my ring with the paper towels and only realised the next day that I lost it. I even went back to the flat where at this point new people were moving in and asked them if they've found it but they said no. I never found that ring in any Guess stores and it kind of left a bit of sadness in me. A few weeks ago I was at the airport getting my cousin a pair of Pandora earrings and I saw this ring! I knew it had to be mine. I didn't even care that it's silver, just living by my own rules here! So now we have a silver baby mixed with 5 rose gold beauties and they bring so much joy to my heart haha!
As you can see I also included a Guess watch. I usually wear my silver and gold Cluse watch (matches my rings) but recently this has been taking over a little bit. A little vintage looking baby.
I will try to link all of the pieces below. Just so you know this post is not sponsored. I am trying to bring my blog back so you will see much more posts on beauty, lifestyle and random little things!

FIGHT FOR YOUR FAIRYTALE

Just a little Tuesday motivation to say:
'You're doing great girl, keep your head up, things will get better'.

A couple of weeks ago me and my best friend Ieva finally took our long awaited road trip to Jurmala. Jurmala is a small resort city with a beautiful beach and houses that look like they belong in a book or an old fairytale. We got to stay in probably one of my favourite places I have stayed to date, the TB Palace. It's a huge wooden property and I am sure the staff made sure we got the dreamiest room because let me tell you, it was everything I could every wish from a room. The streets near the beach are so quite, it literally felt so calming and relaxing to be in this hotel. To the point where at night, you feel a little uncomfortable with that much space in your room, I mean I am used to tiny tiny houses and flats in the UK. It might be normal for people living in Eastern Europe! The room itself was just breathtaking and we screamed internally with our mouths open when we got inside. The perfect princess room, the type you imagine when you read books. Not kidding. The property itself was also very beautiful and we had the most amazing breakfast before we left early in the morning to continue our road trip to Palanga!

My dress is Zara, the shoes are Daniel Footwear.

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting my favourite shopping destination - Bicester Village. It's a designer outlet that looks and feels as if you're walking in a tiny village. The boutiques are all super cute and you really just never want to leave that place. They have stores from the likes of Gucci, Prada and YSL to Michael Kors, Karl Lagerfeld and All Saints. When it comes to outlets, I am a huge fan. I mean, who doesn't love a good bargain? I have visited plenty of outlets before but I would always leave pretty upset, with no lucky purchases. Now, I don't know if it's just my luck or if Bicester Village is actually that good but I have been there three times and I always leave with the best purchases! Let's see what I picked up this time.

I always make a plan on my way to the village of which stores I will visit first. My top five are Gucci, Prada, YSL, Valentino and Dior. I never buy straight away, which is a gamble in my opinion but I always want to make sure I looked at everything before I spend my money. I found some amazing deals in Gucci, so many shoes at around £200. Acne had some beautiful sweaters and shoes also around the £200 mark. Valentino had an amazing selection of bags but I recently purchased my dream Valentino bag so thought I will leave it this time. Balenciaga had a few pieces at 90%!!! Can you believe it? YSL often has last sizes of shoes going for around 70% off but I never get lucky with my size. Basically as you can see, it sounds like a dream, and it really is. This time I was really lucky because there were so many good things that I found, it took me a while to decide what I will be buying. But I think I made pretty good choices.
I don't know about you but I have had my eye on the Burberry wool and cashmere ponchos for many years now. If I scrolled through my tumblr page from a few years ago, I am sure I would find some street style shots of models wearing that checkered  cape. I think you can imagine my excitement when I saw it, just hanging there, waiting for me. haha! My boyfriend was a real fan of it, he rarely comments on my clothes or shoes but he said I have to get this. So I did. And the best part? It was £390 down from £1000. To some, it might look like an autumn piece. To me, it's an all year round piece. I am always cold, so this has now become my best friend for those chilly summer evenings. I always dream of it being socially acceptable to wrap yourself in a blanket in public, and now I can literally do that with this cape. I wore it to the beach one evening and it was literally the best thing. Well let's just say, this is probably my favourite purchase this year!
Ok so we talked about Balenciaga having 90% off. I spotted a pair of shoes as soon as I entered the store, at this point I didn't know about the huge discount. When my eyes saw the price : £79 instead of £790, I thought there must be a mistake. Surely?! How can Balenciaga shoes cost the same as Zara? But after a few minutes I was assured, that yes, they are 90% off. And they had my size!!! I mean, that's just pure luck. I then stumbled across two things I liked in Acne. There was a dusty pink coloured sweater and a pair of boots. Silly me, while I tried the boots, someone bought the sweater! Should have taken it with me. But I didn't get upset, in my head, that was a sign that I should take the shoes! Those were around 50% off. Funnily enough, my outfit looks like an autumn outfit, not a summer one. But I love wearing ankle boots in the summer and I already told you my love story with the poncho so you must understand that for me, this was the best shopping day ever.

It's been over a month since I came back from Dubai, and I wasn't planning on doing a blog post for the trip. BUT... This city has been one of the most amazing I have visited. I fell in love with it, so it deserved a nice blog post so I can share my favourite spots with you and hopefully help you out if you travel there. I was in Dubai for only a few days but I feel like I saw and did so much and obviously we did more than just these photos. We ate, checked out the clubbing scene, watched the fountains etc.

DUBAI MALL
The dream place. I said to my friend Brigita 'the floor looks so clean and shiny, I think you could eat of it'. It literally looked so clean! Everything just looks like it's kind of not even real but it is. We wandered into the newer part of the mall and I can honestly say I have never seen better public toilets in my life. They had a lady ready to wipe your seat after you leave the cubicle! Another lady passing a mini towel to dry your hands. Wait, was I in a mall or a 5* hotel?
Also, make sure you check out the fountain show. It was something magical.

SHEIKH ZAYED MOSQUE
This place is definitely worth the drive to Abu Dhabi. First of all, the drive is very interesting because usually in Europe we drive through green places and here it's all sand. You pass a really cool stop about midway from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. It's a little food truck place full of really fun and bright kiosks selling food. We didn't stop but it looked so fun! The Mosque itself is amazing. It's so chilled and relaxed when you walk around. You cannot wear shoes which makes it so cozy and you feel like home. I can't explain the feeling, you have to be there. There is also the Louvre museum which opened recently but stupidly we didn't check the opening times because who would have thought that the only day it would be closed is a Monday? Silly girls for not checking! It looks beautiful and I am really sad I didn't get to go but nothing to worry about since I will be back to Dubai soon!

ONE AND ONLY
Ok, so I don't actually know how it actually works with this one. This is a hotel/resort that has their own beach with amazing views. Me and Brigita somehow got it, we just asked the guards where the beach is and they showed us haha. I don't actually know if we were allowed to be there because signs kept popping up everywhere saying residents only. But no one cared so we wandered around for hours. Just look at this amazing pool with that view! I swear, that wear was probably one of the best I've seen. It looked unreal. So I don't know if you can actually get to this place if you're not staying there and if we just got lucky but it was one of my favourite places in Dubai if not the favourite.

ZERO GRAVITY
This place is really cool if you want to chill near the sea and a pool at the same time. I think it can be quite pricey but on Tuesday's it's 'Ladies Day' in Dubai so many places offer free entry and drinks for ladies. You just need to send your name to the guest list email on their Facebook or Instagram pages. I was all alone that day but I think I spent good five hours there enjoying the sun and delicious food with beer. The atmosphere was amazing, cool music all day. They also had little gestures like free ice lollies, free sunglasses cleaning and so on.

I hope you enjoyed my little guide with places you must visit! I obviously didn't have enough time to see everything I wanted to, and I did visit more places than I have mentioned here. Overall I had a great time, Dubai is now in my top 2 places with Barcelona.
